Providers at MedHelp are highly competent, reputed, Board Certified Eligible physicians with several years of experience providing outstanding medical care.
When should I go to MedHelp Urgent Care?
- When your illness is not-life threatening and emergency room appointment may take hours before you are seen and treated.
- When your illness is too urgent to delay and your primary doctor's clinic is shut or unable to see you in a timely manner.
- When you are scheduling to travel abroad and in want preventative antibiotics or vaccinations.
- When you need assessment and/or treatment for work related injuries.
- When you require routine health test or sport physical.
How long will I have to wait?
Most patients are treated and evaluated within one hour after their arrival. While every attempt will be made to see you as quickly as possible, wait times will differ, depending on the number of patients in the clinic and the severity of your illness.
What forms of insurance do you accept?
MedHelp accepts most of medical insurance plans but not required. We also accept check, cash or credit cards which ever suits you.

Most insurance co-pays are usually $0 - $60 (depending on your insurance), while emergency room co-pays range from $100 - $150. In general, your urgent care visit will always cost less with less waiting time than emergency room visit.
Does MedHelp Urgent Care give medical advice or diagnosis thru email
contact or over the telephone?
MedHelp’s Liability Insurance does not permit us to give diagnosis or medical advice via fax, over the telephone or email reply. However, do not be surprised if we give you a call after your visit to see how you are feeling.
Do you offer Worker's Comp Program?

Do you have special programs for schools and other community organizations?
Yes. MedHelp has a number of on-site and off-site programs for drug screening, physicals and flu shots. Kindly give us a call to inquire further or to tailor services for your program’s needs.
